Thank you for helping. I guess I should upgrade my graphic card or pc.
1. Uninstall and install game.
2. Download Nvidia Geforce Experience ( You can find that on official Nvidia web site )
3.Download Geforce Game Ready Experience ( You can see this driver in the Geforce Experience app )
and restart your computer.
I found solution by chance. I download "The Exit 8" and that game warning me about download to Geforce Experience. I think "NWD" game developer should add this information on Steam. I pay for game but never played and didn't know why .
Now by chance I'm playing to game.
In your case, the GPU is simply too old and does not support the DirectX 12 hardware features that this game requires.
Edit: DirectX support is dictated mostly by the supported hardware features of the card. *Everyone* that uses Windows 10 or 11 have DirectX 12 installed, but that's only the software-side of things. The hardware also needs to be up to par, which the GeForce GT 520 isn't (it's limited to the 11_0 hardware feature, which means base DirectX 11 hardware support and nothing beyond that).
Neither the GTX 750 Ti nor the GT 520 supports the hardware features that this game requires, so you're in sort of need of an entirely new/fully upgraded PC, basically, with modern hardware. This game requires a minimum of a GeForce GTX 1660 Super graphics card, for comparison, and an i3-8100 processor or newer/better.
Depending on the rest of your system, you might be in need of replacing everything in it.
Did you try that? Worked for me.
