Linux native support?
Just found out this prequel is coming! But the platform on which SO many adventure game fans nowadays game on, Linux, seems not initially supported!

So what are the plans (or odds) on creating a native Linux port for Simon the Sorcerer Origins..? Now, that the wonderful Linux handheld gaming console Steam Deck is also here....

Hi, we are still working on it but we absolutely want to bring it to Linux, there are a lot of players on this platform and we want to make them happy.

Our goal is absolutely to support Linux
and in general, give the possibility (by setup) to play it even with less powerful computers.

Amazing to hear! When will the SteamOS (Linux) icon appear on the store page to accompany Win and macOS?

Asap when I have confirmation that we can support it (we will do everything). Keep following us and as soon as possible we will enable the page and also notify on our social channels.

I confirm that Linux is support and we also support Steam Deck including its touch screen as well as the normal controls that the game will have.
