AMD FSR 2.1 is also amazing even with NVidia cards,
Close game and steam
If you have played Campaign, copy and past the savegame.svg to another folder, from:
Your Doc folder/Call of Duty/Players/Numbers - then delete the call of duty folder.
All you settings in the game will be reset to default.
Open the game and do your prefered settings in M/KB, Graphics, Audio, Interface and network. Apply for each change when needed.
Close game, waith 15 sec. Restart and see if there is any improvement.
I did this and was back on my original fps. I have a RTX card
it didnt work mate
Multiplayer is now playable, but still gets FPS drops.
Campaign is flat out unplayable without FSR 2.1
I can run RE4 Max 1440p with FSR 60fps.
This game, Lucky to get 30. And its looks FAR FAR WORSE. lol
Worst cod to date, not due to content but QA

4.On-Demand Texture Streaming - Turn This OFF. It is ON by default.
5.Apply.
Play your game again with no stutter.
Please do not delete any files. (and) I'm sure your network is fine.
Hope this helps.
