Perform badly or don't play at all in few matches. Just leave match few times and you will get lobbies of your skill level or low level players.
Also, if you are not investing or spending money, you will become fodder for players who spend money.
Don't play for too long you will start getting sweats.
I am saying this from experience.

Sorry but your comment is completely wrong, I’ve been playing COD for many years and can assure you not everyone plays with extreme speed and jumping around like it’s advanced warfare “every game”.. I can assure you in the SBMM CODs of recent that there was a fair spread of fair players, some games would be tough but more then often had great games. So far this game has been a spread of sweaty virgins and nothing else

anyone who played any of the OG cods knows the game was much slower and the matches were more balanced, the new games are just sweaty sbmm fests with no fun unless you make your own fun, and making your own fun normally means everyone else is not having fun.

Cod no longer playable for casuals like myself after the second mw back on the 360 I pretty much gave up, I have a life I dont want to waste it on game for youtube kids and try hards.
