New Delta Force: Hawk Ops looks amazing and runs like silk, goodbye Activision, goodbye CoD, good luck, you're going to need it.
The new game Delta Force: Hawk Ops looks amazing, it's a real delight, it runs like butter, it doesn't need a lot of resources, it's free (except for the campaign that you have to pay for if you want it), one of the oldest shooters is back with a vengeance on PC, the keyboard and mouse control is a delight, the servers are fluid and it looks incredible.
Activision and CoD now have a big problem and it's called Delta Force: Hawk Ops, it was about time that a company stood up to them by doing things right and how they should be done, they have arrived quietly and it's going to be a slap in the face to CoD, Activision's scams and its aggressive policy against the player are over, you're finished and if you don't go back to the origins you're going to have a very dark future.
Goodbye Activision and CoD, thanks for having scammed me and thousands of players with CoD in recent years, now you're going to know what's good.
What a happy day.

cringe name and you can't dual wield
supergoyo77 Aug 13, 2024 @ 4:14am
Shameful name, why? And in modern warfare no soldier carries 2 big weapons, just his rifle, his pistol and a couple of grenades, either flashbangs or smoke grenades. I think Delta Force is much more realistic and fun.

you ever see anybody dual wield in real life? no..that only happens in movies and video games. if you need 2 guns to kill somebody then maybe you need to practice more and get actual skill using only 1 weapon

Been playing the alpha and really love it - and indeed the performance is great and no ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cod servers with their constant packet loss or latency warnings. Looking at you COD devs

think its more a battlefield then cod killer though. Its warfare mode is like a better battlefield - more hardcore better gun play. And their extraction mode sits in-between DMZ and EFT which is a good place to be I think. My only critism of the game is I wish they'd lose the hero characters with their special powers but hey ho can live with it

Yes, 1000,000,000,000 times better than CoD, there's no comparison, I'd love to see the cold-hearted faces of Activision executives when they lose thousands of players and start to lose money.
They brought it on themselves by ruining their game, which was once a marvel.

Since they deal in the millions, losing thousands to "the new shiny" for a few weeks is pretty much par for the course and won't register on their faces at all.

Not saying this as a "COD Fan" just a realist. "COD Killer" is a straight up meme at this point. There have been dozens of uber hyped "COD Killers" that just failed. One of my favorite examples is Battalion 1944. I was actually happy to see that one fail because of the hyper invasive marketing on COD forums. They were truly annoying with fans spamming about the impending death of COD at the hands of Bat44 and Battalion was flat-lining in less than 2 weeks.

My advice is don't get emotionally vested in it being "The COD Killer" because it won't be. At best it can carve out a niche so that it doesn't completely die. It's a story almost 2 decades old now. The "COD Killer" arrives only to be crushed under the heel of the well oiled machine that is COD marketing.

Id say that Delta Force is more like the failsafe right now.
If this years CoD is awful again, i’ll just refund it and hang around at Delta Force instead.
Its not going to kill CoD, if anything CoD only kills itself, like Battlefield does. With Products like MW II, Vanguard, MW III…BF4, BF1 and BFV, BF2042… it was only a question of time that someone does it better by simply leaving the lowend gamedesign bs out of a game and that alone makes it a better one already lol.

So refreshing to not see annoying slides and bugsbunny‘s already

Like what do shooters of today need? Unlock systems, battlepasses for those XP addicted progress players (which is 50% of CoD already), no bs features like slide or jumpspam, tuned down hero abilites, a deep gunplay thats fun, good maps and footstep audio and you are good to go already to make a successful game. Not that much if you ask me.

Yes you are all right but this is the beginning of the end of CoD, the game currently and for years is a piece of garbage full of bugs, cheaters and hackers running wild, they have turned CoD into a senseless Fornite and I am going to laugh at the next CoD game when thousands of users keep writing in the forums crying because the game doesn't work well for them or they get banned for no reason or complaining about cheaters and hackers.
You have to be a sheep to keep buying CoD games but there are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everywhere and there are people who like to be scammed year after year, it's their problem, for me Activision and CoD are deader than a stone and since they scammed me and laughed at me I am going to keep destroying their games on the forum and if I can get fewer and fewer players to buy their games, I will be happy.

he first post is great, I agree with everything my partner wrote, to be precise I'm 65 years old I've been playing for half a century, when there were tape games for consoles do you remember the Commodore Amiga 500, Doom Call of Duty etc. etc didn't exist yet, many Activison programmers hadn't been born yet, I cancelled my subscription for Black Ops 6 don't buy it it will definitely be another scam, go for better games but above all more stable without blocks, bans, more fluid
more fun, what ACTIVISION is taking away from us with its stores
and various amenities for MW3 AND ALL THE BATTLE PASSES ARE BIG MONEY,
AND THE GAME IS BUGGED I LOOK LIKE DELTA FORCE, WARHAMMER, DOOM 25

I agree with your opinion, I am a veteran too and I started with CoD in far away 2003 and I fell in love with its games for their enormous quality, soundtrack and playability and fun, I speak with knowledge of the facts but after the drift that the franchise took they started to annoy me, last year I decided to give it another chance with MWII and I spent 140 euros on the game and as a reward they had me almost three months without playing because of the problem with AMD, I wrote to Activision because I lost battle passes and other things that I paid for and they didn't even deign to answer me, then when they managed to fix it the game went in fits and starts, when it wanted to it let you play and when it got tired it gave some error or failure and kicked you out, then I suffered several expulsions without any reason, I always play with keyboard and mouse, I suppose they would report me for having put a bullet between their eyebrows out of pure rage.
I have never felt so cheated and deceived in my life. I will never buy one of their CoD games again and nothing from this Activision that no longer cares about the players, only about their income by making worse and more expensive games.
CoD = Scam, greed and poorly made games with terrible campaigns and non-existent soundtracks.

I been having fun playing the Delta and the only things I would change is toss the BF2042 type kill cam and go with something similar to CoD kill cam. Movement could be a little faster and smoother, other than that, I am very pleased with the Alpha.

i think Hack OPS will be okay, a change from Battlefield, probably the best modern strategic shooter, BF4 is probably the last such thing, and yes VERY similar

i play a lot of FPS games and honestly CoD MW3 is the most versatile & polished it's a real entertainment blast, another game which i find very fun is Warhammer Darktide it's such a gud stress reliever

i'm invited to the Hawkops tester but i changed my mind because since BF2042 i give-up completely on unfinished games, so much stress & wasted time plus they cost a lot more to buy & run
