Is this Wall hacking? Or am I missing something?
<Edit> It seems to be a combination of controller aim and an influx of wall hackers.

2 things I can't really explain, I am wondering if there is an explanation beside wall hacking:

1. People who see through smoke, FREQUENTLY. I'm not talking about a possible lucky shot, they followed the tracer fire, I've seen multiple people, usually snipers, that without any kind of thermal vision shoot people that cannot be seen on the replay, completely obscured by smoke.
QUESTION: Are there settings I can use that make smoke more opaque? Are there legal tweaks to my visuals, some sort of setting I can turn off that allows me to see better through smoke? I remember years ago, like early in COd or maybe even MOH, where if you set your visuals to the lowest setting "smoke" became a light fog so everyone used that setting. Is there something like this now? Is there something else I'm missing?

2. People with iron sights that see everything. I'm not talking about seeing through smoke here, but like they will be sprinting across the map, and they see someone crouched in a dark corner, not moving across the map. I watch the replays and I have no idea how I was so instantly visible to them.

This reminds me of UT2k4, back in the day, for ladders, there was a forced skin where everyone was the same avatar and bright red or bright blue depending on the team. These were ladder rules, not a cheat. It was part of the rule set. It obviously isn't here.
Is there any way people can see an obscured person see across a map with literally no scope for magnification? I know for a fact that there are cheats where it makes enemies glow. Is there any other explanation beside that?

I'm assuming it's cheating, but I'm genuinely asking if there is an explanation. If there is some basic setting I am using incorrectly, I want to fix it.
Thanks

It appears that your reading comprehension is lacking, as OP clearly stated

Right now there is a problem with cheating.
When the game first launched there was a handful of cheaters and in week 2 they had a ban wave then suddenly, there is a new influx of cheaters.

My recommendation to anyone, if in doubt - report.
Anyone who does something suspicious in a lobby I am in, I report them.

Just yesterday I have ghost active, I am moving and this bozo knew exactly where I was and where I was headed. It's more logical to presume he is cheating than anything else, so I reported him.

Spotter scope red ping and if they don’t move I can get lucky kills with a sniper.

If you actually turn down the graphics to low or off on some settings it helps visibility through stuff like smoke or other visuals.

Exactly. Scrubs are so dumb.

People who played the Halloween Event in Warzone even got a special red thermal scope that makes players even more visible in smoke.

As far as the other point goes, there are multiple reason why he could've seen you. For one, there is a portable radar. So unless you are playing hardcore, you should watch out for those. People can set them anywhere and have that area constantly monitored.

Another reason could be his "aim" passed you while running past. Even if you don't actually ADS, the hip crosshair will still detect enemies and make the red dot appear.

Another reason could be a simple callout. Somebody else in that team saw you and told his team mate to turn around and check.

I mean I could keep going, but I digress.

Are there cheaters in this game? 100%, but most complaints here are just scrubs who have no idea how the game works properly, because they haven't invested enough time yet.

I know when I'm ADS into a smoke grenade, 50% of the time the game will show the enemy red name tag if I move the sights over them, name pops up I shoot. Don't know why it is not consistent and only works with some sights, but this seems to be what is happening. Kind of like how there will appear to be no smoke during a final kill cam sometimes even though there definitely was smoke in the match.

As was pointed out multiple times, I was referring to people without a thermal or IF scope. I hope you read this far.

This is something else I'll mess with, thank you.

Controller
I bet controller is the answer if not for both, at least the iron sights only people that just instantly pick me out across the map.

Last year, my friend had it on Xbox and you basically could just hit the ADS button and it would suck to anyone in the vicinity. I thought they had toned it down this year but maybe not. I haven't seen it as much this year, but last year, 70% of console players would jump around a corner and spam ADS because it would lock onto people. I thought it was toned down because I haven't seen that behavior nearly as much this year.
