*PROOF* MW3 Matches are rigged with AI bots!!
Patent and application for the patent filed in 2019: https://patents.justia.com/patent/11679330

Patent and application for patent officially patented in June&july 2023 (ready for MW3): https://patents.justia.com/patent/20230338853

The patent and the application for use of AI bots in multiplayer lobbies, mimicking player playstyles in current matches to match their skill level.

The bots will find every variable in playstyle, skill, movement etc. to create "Lifelike" AI NPC's. The patent explains that the AI NPC's can mimic players who leave a match early, instantly copy their playstyle, as if they never left.

Most likely reason Activision won’t acknowledge SBMM is because these bots run via the SBMM system they work in tandem and if they acknowledge the SBMM system. That also means acknowledging secretly adding bots that mimic players playstyles in their game which they’ve never even mentioned before and could lead to a lawsuit for misleading players.

This is the worst selling call of duty in history and it’s obvious why because it feels horrible to play with its sweaty almost scarily balanced matchmaking and it’s pretty clear now why it’s so scarily accurate with matches always being neck and neck.

This is a real patent that’s been officially patented as of June/July of this year just in time for this Call of Duty’s release. I’ll leave you with the short segment from the patent.

“ In some embodiments, NPCs created in NPC application 120 are styled by NPC profile engine 126 to resemble their corresponding human players in terms of both player profile attributes and gameplay actions such that players may not recognize NPCs as non-human, computer-controlled players”

Care to add me and have a civilised chat? Really curious to pick your brain about why you wanna defend this game so badly. This is the worst selling call of duty in the franchise and I’m just wondering why you spend all day on this forum shunning people. I’m a huge fan of this franchise and I like the vast majority of fans of this franchise chose to skip this one resulting in the worst sales in the 20+ years of the franchise

Interesting. So you’re personally okay with your matches being rigged and most of the time not actually playing with humans just a bit mimicking that players playstyle? Not trying to be hostile just wanna hear other peoples thoughts on it.

For me it feels extremely misleading and it’s no longer and real multiplayer game anymore it’s just an algorithm there’s no randomness it’s all rigged

Worst selling Cod in history. Citation needed.

If you can't tell you are playing against a bot are really being affected?

It’s not about the bot it’s about the fact they potentially haven’t stated it’s happening and lying to the play base to pad their own numbers. Secondly the patent fully acknowledges it’s designed to rig the outcome of a match. You literally don’t have control of your wins and losses anymore in call of duty doesn’t that bother you? Knowing when you hit play the algorithm has predetermined the outcome of that match before it’s even started

It makes me think what’s the point. Like I have no control these bots change their playstyle mid match they get better or worse during the game to keep the score where the algorithm wants it to be

So that is happening in this game? They put in a system they didn't have a patent for while the game was still in active development? (no company would do that)

More importantly the patent is for the idea of the system not a working version of the system.

Do you have evidence that this is currently happening in this game? Or is it of a trust me bro kind of thing?

So you have a patent for the idea of doing this not actually doing it in a game that was in development before this was patented. That's not really compelling evidence. This guy holds tons of patents for things like this that have yet to be implemented in anything. The more you know.

And how do you know they didn't? Do you have a source saying it isn't in the game? Do you work for the company and know on good authority that they haven't implemented some kind of system like that? Are you saying just to trust you bro?

You are the one making the claim that this is in the game. Is it? Wheres the proof.

What you just attempted to do would be the same as me saying the following

"You smell your own farts"
"How do you know you don't smell your own farts? Provide proof that you don't smell your own farts or obviously you do."

This is an idea I can get behind and I'm not sure what this has to do with sbmm. Player leaves a match half way through so it's 5 vs 6 the rest of the match and your team ends up losing.

This kills 2 birds with one stone. Matches stay even and players won't get put into games in progress.

I don't think it's in use yet and I'm pretty sure the bot would be given some generic name. I doubt they would try to pass it off as a real player. What would be the point of that?

Other games already replace players who quit with bots. Quake and Unreal were doing this in the 20th century. Although they weren't able to mimic the player that left the game of course.

If this was real, why do we have matches where people leave? Wouldn't we never see that?

Touch grass

I think I speak for most that clicked into this piss dribble of a post

Blame Truth has been doing videos on this, and has been collecting data from his audience. It definitely seems to be the case that AI is actively implemented in MW3 and are made to look like other human players. How wide spread these bots are would be interesting to know.
