Been grinding for a week now and still haven't seen one. I gave up yesterday and went back to camo grinding.

I've extracted it 10x+ and nothing. Tried many different ways collecting off a tombstone and even just had it for the act 3 boss exfil and nothing. I came here hoping someone had a workaround. It worked for many people.

how full is your stash? are you way over the limit? it varies, but if you've gone over you cant bring things out, or certain things will start disappearing

Just got it on a Cargo mission in Teir 3 and my Stash was 9/10.

Didn't unlock it.

Grinded for a week to look for it.

Happened to me 3 times now and one of my friends twice. You can find the schematic in zone 2 from contracts, particularly where you have to defend from the mercenaries

For some reason I think certain unlocks only happen through quests.

I had this happen to me, but I think one of the act one quests is how I finally unlocked it

Is this still an issue for anyone?

It is for me.

I did Deliver Cargo in Red Zone and got it. Went and Exfiled and in my Crafting, the Refined Crystal is still Locked.

Is there a fix for this? I can't find anything online. other than a few people with the same issue. Other's it seems to have worked okay.

And I only had 3 things in my Stash so that's not the issue.
