I can't purchase MWIII.

As the title says, I can't purchase it. It won't let me no matter what I try. My saved purchase method (which I've used for years)...Paypal...Steam wallet...nothing will work. It just keeps saying that the payment method can't be updated. Doesn't happen with any other games I add to my cart. Anyone else have this issue or does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, I figured this would be my last option but I was hoping someone might have a work around for me. Such a weird, frustrating issue. I've never been "locked" out of a purchase before. I would love to know why I can't buy it on my platform of choice.

I'm just so confused as to why I can't buy it. After all these years on Steam (my client of choice) I have never...not once...had this issue. Look at my game count for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake. It's not like I'm a noob or some nonsense.

Enjoy mate, the game is pretty fun aside from campaign. Been having a blast with my friends and grinding out guns/camos.
Also, ignore the trolls calling this a "DLC" lol. They call it a DLC because Infinity ward decided to just migrate it all under one game rather than having a seperate title in your library, hence why the "DLC" brain dead take came from. If you look at console, this obviously isn't the case as they have a separate game disc for mw3 rather than an "update/download" for mw3 like PC.
Game is fun but you also have people thinking $70 is a lot of money... lol...

Thx for stating the obvious but you're no help. I could care less about the reviews. I would like to know why I can't buy it, plain and simple. I'm well aware that I can buy it on a different client.

AGAIN, I have never had this problem before. I can literally add any other game to my cart and immediately purchase it but not this game. Sorry if my confusion over this is somehow over the top.
