Konig's default and especially his current Trophy event skin are very lithe and hard to spot, Horangi is generally hard to spot but his default relies heavily on lighting so if you want more uniform difficulty being spotted then go for his Warfighter skin, Reyes just got a bundle called Night Runner that gives him a very similarly hard to spot outfit as Horangi but he is slightly bigger than Horangi so he's a bit easier to spot, Chuy's Pro pack skin is a pretty good candidate as well but his helmet might make him easier to spot, Manticore for Gromsko is pretty darkly colored and it's camouflaged in a way that should generally make him harder to spot universally, Zimo's survivor skin is darkly colored but it's an olive drab coloration so it stands out in some maps such as Taraq and the same is probably true for any other desert environment and he's also big in that skin.
Some ones that are little more iffy would be Stiletto's night patrol skin primarily for desert maps, Aksel's blackcell skin, Atom, Calisto's default and violet pack skins, Zero's arid assault skins and death wrap skin, Conor's greased and camo'd skin, Valeria's el sin nombre non-blackcell variant skin from completing the battlepass, Kleo's envy skin, Gus's high society skin from the executive warfighter pack (the one with a full face covering), Chuy's fuerzas especiales skin, Ghost's bone chiller pack skin, Farah's battle pass skins and Generation XRK skin, Gaz's raid bundle and default battle pass skin (his blackcell variants have very brightly colored gold highlights that are constant and placed in spots that'd make him easier to see comparatively), pretty much any Soap skin except maybe his vault skin since the skull is kind of bright, and all of Alejandro's skins except for his normal default outfit due to the khaki pants clashing with his combat shirt (although his blackcell Vaquero skin's skull and the blackcell version of his default outfit have bright gold that's static so they might make him a bit easier to see) especially because he's quite slimline compared to most male characters.
The hardest to see coloration of the CDL skins is definitely the LA Guerrillas though, and I would tend towards female skins if you want to maximize how hard it is to see you.
Anyone who checks their corners and uses lethals and tacticals effectively though is probably not going to be beaten out by just not being able to see you as easily, be it in Warzone, DMZ or in normal MP modes.
