Wrongfully banned in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, ban appeal denied.

Since the update (Season 5 Reloaded), there has been an in-game glitch that caused the "Fetching online profile" loop. So, I thought Verifying the game files would fix the problem. Right after verifying the game, I got permanently banned from Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 for no reason.

I never used any cheats or other stuff. So, I appealed to remove the ban, and they replied that Your account was permanently banned for using "Unauthorized Software and Manipulation of Game Data."

They should actually stop banning Innocent players and get a better anti-cheat system that works properly.

I spent around 110 dollars and played for 530+ hours. This is so Ridiculous that I got banned for just verifying the game file.

Is there anything that can be done to get it unbanned?
If I buy MW III on same account will I get banned on MW III also?

yes you would be banned in mw3 also. And the other thing is even if you make an new acc that will get banned too since MW2 bans your HWID and the bans carry over

Just make a new account,it will be shadow banned for a week then the ban will expire and you can go back to playing like normal..Learn from this mistake.. Activision DOES NOT pass out hardware bans.. Get real,they really don't care..It's all about revenue-sell more skins..Richochet was a lie,it doesn't work,it's manual review based and if you get more than 10+ kills with multiple reports it throws you into shadow ban lobbies until they can verify authenticity.. This game is trash purely thanks to the clowns running it..And if you need hacks for this game,♥♥♥.

well they do ban via HWID and no they dont put you in shadowban lobbys automaticly after 10+ kills

I have over 900h right now and more than 10 kills and NEVER got into an shadowban lobby

I was randomly shadowbanned with no reason and nothing I can do. Only thing I did differently was I switched internet providers, first match on it kicks me out and I'm perma banned. Cannot appeal, there's nobody I can contact, literally nothing I can do. I have no idea what happened or why I was banned. Just straight banned!! I feel like sueing and I feel like enough of us have a case to get our money back from this thieving company. It can't deliver a product that it promised.

2019 is a different engine and system entirely so thats probably why. no cross reference among engines. mwIII is jsut a refined version of MWII
