Activation Blizzard (Call of Dutys owner) silenced Nick because he had an opinion that wasn't "correct", too get a better ESG score (basically a calculator to gauge how woke a company is for inverters/shareholders). This is very similar to Anheuser-Busch InBev (Bud Light) and Target Corporation (Target). All these companies have publicly supported the grooming of children and because of this they've been boycotted.
Activation Blizzard has also had a history of SAing their female employees. A wrongful death suit was filled against Activation Blizzard after a female employee committed suicide after she had her elicit pictures leaked by fellow Activation Blizzard employee. There has also been a lot of suits for SA against the company.
I am never going to buy COD 2022 or 2023, if I ever was even going to in the first place.
Anyone who is not terminally online will read this and think it is the ramblings of a drunken person on the street, this wall of text BETTER be satire

This is depressing.
Activation has seriously gone down hill, sadly, along with many other things.
Now first keep in mind the reputation CoD has
Racist and “homophobic”
Now usually the regular CoD fan can get hyped for a game, preorder it, get disappointed, trash on the game for the rest of it’s measly one year life span, rinse and repeat. That is what we call the CoD cycle
Well yesterday the CoD cycle was broken when activision removed Nickmercs for saying LGBTQIAP+ should leave children alone.
Here are links for extra context
https://twitter.com/NICKMERCS/status/1666483385504604160
https://twitter.com/CallofDuty/status/1666985392514424833
Now remember what the CoD community is known for.
Yep as you can guess it doesn’t mix well.
It’s also worth noting the sexual harassment lawsuits that went on in the recent year regarding activision blizzard
First off, the CoD community IS sexist, racist, and queerphobic, the "reputation" is true, just join any voice chat.
Also, it's just LGBTQIA+, idk what that P is
The Nick thing pretty much boils down to:
Content creator gets deemed to be a friendly face that appeals to the masses and therefore gets a skin in the game.
Content creator then makes a controversial public statement, which makes them no longer a friendly face, so the corporation pulls the plug on a deal with them.
activision is purely a scam company now, if you think about it, this game costs $110 for me and i open the game while some people can't even open the game at all or play it, but after one game, it will randomly crash or disconnect, happens all the time, other than that i have like 90 games in total or something and this one cost the most out of all of them and is the most buggy
another thing, activision dislikes the pc community as a whole, consoles are where the money hamsters are, so they game us the ultimate middle finger and gave consoles close to an aimbot, gave them the ability to disable crossplay with pcs but for pc players you can't disable crossplay with them and they've been given a high advantage. the cheating problem is also really bad and activision is doing the bare minimum
also, sbmm in this game is worse than any game i have ever played, it seems to work with you or against you but most of the time is against you, you never get a balanced game, or at least i didn't, you get one or two games playing against brain dead players who can't figure out left click, but for the next six you're placed with sweats and cheaters and you die more than you kill, so either way its not fun
the game gets literally no bug fixes, all updates only break the game more, and almost all the community posts from activision is a new store bundle, every new season is almost completely based around the battle pass, in season 3 it was absurd, you had to buy an expansion for your $30 battlepass, and they released p2w on some of the skins to convince people to buy more bundles, and now a lot of the skins look like fortnite skins
for a AAA game in 2023 that costs $110 to have everything i mentioned, this isn't ok
The reason I called it terminally online was not due to the complexity, but beacause you were talking about the grooming of children in referral to, what? Not greenlighting transphobia?
Not to mention connecting this simple corporate issue to stuff like Bud Light and Target and ESG scores and Antifa, it just reads as something that to anyone who is not caught up on acute internet "drama" lore would simply be incoherent ravings.
Hey man my brief explanation was perhaps an incoherent raving but that guy explained it perfectly idk what your issue is
Sunlight is the best disinfectant. Watch them run around like rats.
edit: to elaborate, I always thought the COD community was filled with children, which is why I expected nonsensical arguments. Thank you all for bringing this crap (what acivision actually is) into the light.
