Shadow banned for the 3rd time in 1 week. Something is wrong.

I've just been shadowbanned again after being cleared twice by Activision. WTF is happening. I'm just playing the game normally. I SWEAR ON MY LIFE.

I often hear people rage or say that I'm trash after I kill them. I also sometimes tea bag them if they start spectating me. Those types of people might be the reason why I'm getting shadow banned so often.

also just because stuff like AutoHotkey, ReWASD, and other macros/scripts out there that you see people on YouTube/Reddit using did not get them banned/shadowbanned, it doesn't mean you're safe... if someone reports you for "cheating" and in the description they say you used "AutoHotkey" and you indeed were using AutoHotkey, who knows whether the Enforcement Team would manually ban you even if Ricochet doesn't.

I don't use anything that you mentioned, and I don't think that Ricochet is detecting anything suspicious because the first time I got shadowbanned was after around 170 hrs of gameplay with no problems. I honestly believe that it's a flawed reporting system that salty players can take advantage of.

Same here. Got banned twice in the same month. Devs are lazy, will only unban you two weeks later. If i am really hacking, then why unban me the first time. Don't get it.

i don't know, i hear so many people talk about the constant shadowbans but i've never been shadowbanned while playing, so either some glitch is attaching itself onto your version of the game and not mine or every 6 year old is crying so hard they report you for every kill

but everyone says they kill one enemy and there's a shadowban, but there's no way you can get that many reports in that time so i'd definitely say it's the fact that the game is broken entirely

Hang tough buddy. only 8 hours into the game and shadow banned twice. No recoil scripts or aim assist... I'm too much of a scrub to care. But I have 2 games that I reach max kill streaks for copper gunner... BOOM ban. Salty players reporting. Now I have zero motivation to progress because I'm in the ♥♥♥♥ shadow ban lobbies.

The first shadowban is usually from being reported numerous times. The following shadowsbans usually occur when you get 10+ kills in a single lobby. The game then kicks you out when you try to deal damage to the 11th player.

Source: Two of my friends have experienced this 3-4 times now. And no, they don't use any external/third party bs.

It's a crap system that needs to go.
