You need a much stronger CPU to get that smooth 100+ fps experience. Strong in Singlethread Performance especially and next to that it never hurts to get fast dual channel RAM with very strict and low timings to squeeze out the extra last performance.
I may not sit on 50 fps but my 9900k tends to drop into 80 fps ranges and whenever CPU bottlenecked theres stutters etc. coming with it. Nothing worse than a CPU Limit.

Ram isn't a issue I have 64 gigs of ram but I was able to play vanguard on max settings just fine I think its just the update im gettin a better cpu on black friday tho and some other stuff cyber monday

Not the size of ram matters, the speed and timings are important. Also got 32 gigs but its just an mediocre 3200mhz cl16 while theres 4000 cl14 etc.. not going to do that mistake this time ^^
And ye black friday + amd pricedrops lookin good now.

If you plan to use the same motherboard when you upgrade your cpu, make sure to update the bios before you pop the new one in. That will save a lot of headaches.

64 Gigs, don't mean nothing. What is the cas latency & Mhz. Depending upon yer setup, some RAM just is not going to run good. Need to look at yer motherboard, then take a close look at all the details of the memory. Faster and or more, is not always better!

Look closely at the latency details. A high Mhz, is not always the fastest, need to take a close look at latency. Then make sure your motherboard is set to use the cas latency of the ram.

Many times, motherboards do a lower (slower) settings to ensure stability. You might need to manually set the proper cas latency (bios) to get best performance from the ram. All ram, is not the same. Mhz is not everything, nor is total amount of ram.

Yeah but the ram can't be the issue xd and 50 fps with like comp settings everything is like optimized and its still running ♥♥♥♥ on a 3070 and bet I will I don't think my bios has a update tho and the ram speed says 1070 mhz it shouldn't be that low idk why its that low tbh

You probably haven't gone into the bios and turned on docp or xmp for the ram, which unlocks its dual channel mhz speeds.
