Dynamic Resolution giving more FPS and looking better than FSR, NIS and XeSS
Did you guys tried?
I've tested FSR1.0, NIS, XeSS and all of them are worse in image quality and FPS gain compared with just dynamic resolution set to 144fps target.

FSR1.0 giving ~110fps, image quality is noticeably bad.
NIS giving ~125fps, image quality is noticeably bad.
XeSS ~100fps, image quality is bad.
Dynamic Resolution ~135fps, did not perceive image difference from native, actually even better image quality than native if combined with FidelityFX CAS

I think you don't understand what Resolution upscaling is.
sounds like you lack a RTX graphics card....
If you're on a PC then something not quite right, I'm on RX6700XT gpu,FRS1.0 on quality, res at 1440p and it looks great and get 142 fps which I've capped it at, all graphics settings maxed out. Dynamic resolution actually drops you resolution when moving about,

Both Dynamic Resolution and Resolution Upscalers degrade image quality to boost FPS.

Resolution Upscalers from AMD, NVIDIA and XeSS renders your game in a lower resolution then upscales (with AI or another technique) to your native resolution to try giving almost the same quality but with more FPS.
Dynamic Resolution downgrade the game resolution dynamically to hit a target fps and displays it without upscaling to your native resolution.

I'm just saying that, from those two options, Dynamic Resolution apparently wins in FPS gain and image quality.

Yes, I have a GTX 1660Ti

I didn't test with DLSS exactly because of that fact.

I've tested in all campaign, multiplayer and co-op maps, every situation Dynamic Resolution looks better and runs better than upscalers (except DLSS because I do not have a RTX GPU)

Ok, now I'm 100% sure you don't understand what *Upscaling* is

*Upscaling* is Scaling up something.
If it is related to resolution, upscaling means when you increase the resolution of a render/image above the original resolution, which encompasses many different techniques, from artificial intelligence to simple scaling.

But, when we talk about NVIDIA/AMD/INTEL specific upscalers, it's not just an upscaler, they first render the frames at a lower resolution than your monitor, and then they use the upscaling technique to reach the monitor's native resolution, trying to generate a similar image, but with a higher FPS because it was originally rendered at a lower resolution.

With that said, according to all the tests I've done, Dynamic Resolution delivers better image and better FPS than FSR, NIS and XeSS, even with the fact that in dynamic resolution, you are not looking at your monitor's native resolution, but a lower resolution.
