Is the game playable yet?

i would still wait for a sale or something, but they did a patch on april 13th that made the game run really good for me, about constant 100 frames instead of 40 with heavy stuttering, still have all my settings turned to low

Depends on how good is your CPU.
I got 2 PCs for gaming
i7 9700k, DDR 4 32G RAM, Gen3 M.2 SSD, 3070ti, win10, Solo 60 fps, Multiplay 45fps
CPU 100%, GPU 40%, 1080p Min graphic setting
Stutter issue is VERY noticeable, especially during online play, it may drop to 30fps

7800x3d, DDR5 64G RAM, Gen4 M.2 SSD, 3070ti, win11, Solo 90~120fps, Multiplay 70fps.
CPU 50%, GPU 50%, 1080p, Max graphic setting
Stutter issue still exists, but when stutter occur the fps still above 60fps, so its not noticeable

btw, the game took 7.5G VRAM.
8G VRAM Display card is just barely fine

Game optimization is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ , those texture quality is not suppose took so many VRAM.
and CPU is the bottleneck for most of the gamer. If your CPU not good enough, GPU wont have ♥♥♥♥ to do and FPS wont better no matter which graphic quality u chose.

Runs serviceable for me ever since they added FSR with the Murakumo update (I had to wait a bit after for the crash hotfix patch after that though, but I've been playing with better frames since then)

For context to all the people talking about your PC needing to be "good" I have an i7-4790 and a GTX 1060 and it's 45 to 60 to me on average, playing on 60 capped but I played this game on 30 capped since launch until the FSR update so it's an improvement in my case lol.

I got stuttering after updating my NVidia drivers just yesterday but it ALWAYS happens on new driver installs for this game, just because of how they do their shader compiling on runtime, instead of on boot like how Rise does theirs. After playing a bit and visiting all the maps on every chapter I stop getting stuttering though.

Also running on the lowest res, settings with some NVidia Control Panel stuff but it runs fine. Gameplay >>> Graphics for me any day anyway.

5600x, 3080, 32gb. I would say no, still stutters, fps even though can get to 80-100fps. The fps is very inconsistent and doesn't feel smooth, frametimes still terrible. Fps dips below 40-50s still. Minato town hub is joke that it still cant hold a consistent framerate. FSR helps but is terrible imo compared to dlss that we still dont have. LOD Pop in still and issue as well.

You mean the reviews that were made way before the performance updates?

Before anybody twists my words; This game runs like ♥♥♥♥ on many PCs that should in theory crush it. While the game was unplayable it definetly improved over time. All be it way longer than it should've been.

It is. I played it at release and now again. Its a huuuuuuuuugh difference. Now this game rocks as hell

No and it never will be what's the point in meeting requirements if you can't run it these devs need to stop make it work on all hardwares its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
