NEW PLAYER ~ IT CRASHES AS SOON AS I LOAD IN

I just got it, I watched the starting cinematic and it started I was able to push a couple buttons on my controller. Then I tried to optimize my game and now I can not play at all

Game is a broken POS. Played on xbox and gamepass without issue. Steam is a crash fest. Same issue with no fix.

Hey, I had the same problem, it seems that changing the display/graphical setting during or before the tutorial can cause this.

I had to delete my Wild Hearts game save folders and start the tutorial again without changing any graphical settings at all until you've put down the tent and saved the game.

After that I was able to change the graphical settings without any crashes so far.

I also disabled OneDrive during the tutorial and re enabled it after. Unsure if this helped or not.

I also then excluded the game save files for Wild Hearts from being uploaded to OneDrive just in case.

I deleted the Wild Hearts folder in My Documents and that appeared to work, don't know why I didn't think to try that before. It still remembered my save file which was restored through the EA app I assume , so I guess it's not save file related.

there are post saying the unistalling one drive from the pc fixes the issue.

Bah I simply got a refund. To spend the first 4h after purchasing a game trying to fix it, googling and messing around with your computer kind of kills the interest
