Fix for constant crashing? (Fixed)

Finally decided to try and play this game with a friend, but the game crashes for me about every 2 missions and for my friend (he has a better PC) about every 4. It's weird because even discord crashes with the game so maybe it's a memory leak just filling my RAM or smth? I would appreciate any advice, I love this game, but it's almost unplayable...

Edit: I've fixed the problem by putting Vsync on and the FOV to the lowest setting.

The issue has been tracked to the EA launcher. It acts like malware. I would recommend jumping ship at this point. It sucks because this game is so damn fun. But it's to the point now that it can actually damage your pc.

Not sure if this is still issue, but could be a virtual memory. Try to monitor your system drive space while playing. At one point my game was taking ~30 Gb of it

Yo. Thanks for the tip. I fixed it eventually, I'll update the post i guess. But yeah, the things I did was : FOV set to the lowest setting and Vsync on. It never crashed again, but the game slows down the more you play it, eventually requiring a restart, so maybe what you said is a problem as well. Such a good game and massive potential...wasted with all these crappy issues.

Regarding discord crashing.

If discord is set to use hardware acceleration, which leverages the gpu, the gpu drivers crashing will also impact discord.

shame to see this game die the way it did. I cant even load into anything i press continue and not even a split second later crashes no error code nothing just a hard crash. I've made so many tickets and complaints to the point they now ignore me i was even threatened years ago for "harassment" not surprised though it is EA.As for the guy way above saying the EA client acts like malware that isn't true and has been proven wrong several times. I understand it breaking not being fun but don't spread misinformation down to its very core code it quite literally act like malware anything ty <3.

The EA launcher IS malware... that entire company is malware...
