Where to hunt celestial dragon

Guys, i just complete the story and defeated the final boss and now i want to build his weapon, i need material from the dragon. but then where to hunt this dragon ?

You should have a quest in Minato to do the fight again (Part 3 of the Hunter Song), after doing the quest it should appear as normal hunt on the map.

i think the lady at the top of minato ( platform ) she gives the quest to hunt
