Forced Male Chest wrap?

Is there anyway to take it off? I’m not against non binary characters but really ea? we are censoring male nipples now? Is this the fig leaf movement or something? It’s 2023 not the 1500’s lol. No appreciation for the human form in art anymore. I know this is an EA decision. I’ve played loads of koei tecmo games and this is the first time coming across something like that. It’s either wear a chest wrap or a bikini shirt thing. I’m not against it but give us some options if you want to be he him. Americans are ruining video games lol

I mean just lock that to the female figure type and allow us to have a more masculine underwear options for the male figure. It’s honestly a no brainer. People will do shirtless runs with lots of tattoos and now you can’t…

There are bows on the underwear…hopefully they will add more options. Kinda ruins the immersion of the bath house.

I can't name my character Daizbid because it has "bi" in it. Apparently that's offensive now?

this and transmog and the character editor not having an option to save your custom character as a preset are kinda annoying. Otherwise loving the game so far.

I can't name my character Daizbid because it has "bi" in it. Apparently that's offensive now?

I had a similar issue.
I wasnt able to name my character "Tsukuyomi" as it says offenseive but not sure why.
But i still was able to name her that.

I clicked "She", then clicked the type box, put in "Tsukuyomi" then CLICKED the confirm button, not hit the enter key. Enter key gives the block message but clicking the button didnt.
Now i do have to rename her every time i play but at least i can use the name.

Still no clue whats offensive in "Tsukuyomi" though.

lol maybe because you used that word man...being transphobic isn't going to solve the issue. I don't have a problem with gender neutral choices being available but here it seems forced or lazy like they created for the female character during their initial testing phase of the game and then never went back to add more male options.

Look i’m not here to debate about ethics and morality just want more people to point out that the male body type should be allowed to not be censored like this. It is not the 1500’s and I want to see my characters tatoos. Makes zero sense and seems like a lazy ea attempt to be inclusive.

As I said "As for my character wearing weird outfits, well it's a fantasy world based on Japan. The design itself however doesn't say much about that world and doesn't align itself with the rest of the clothes we see ig though and THAT is a valid criticism."

Plus the fishing guild guy is bare chested, so wearing stuff on top at least, seems to go against the rest of the game.

The armor is kinda useless anyway. It's all about the weapons and boxes.
My goal is to keep this thread active so that they will fix this in an update.
