How to change in-game controller layout UI to PS icons?

As title says. Is there no way to change the layout UI?
I'm using a PS4 controller so it would be nice if the UI showed PS icons

Go to your Library Right Click Wild Hearts > Properties > Controller > At the Drop down Menu: Disable Steam Input

I'm playing with PS prompts completely wireless with no 3rd party program. all i did was disable steam inputs like Khalli said and it all worked fine through bluetooth

maybe its because of what i'm experiencing now. I maybe doing something wrong coz whenever i try to disable the steam input, i can no longer use the controller in-game

did you restart the game after doing the steps i described in my first post?
cause you cant do that on the fly while the game is running

HI Khali, yes. I did try it both. But after doing so, i can't use my ps5 controller in the game now.

i sadly cant test the wireless stuff, have no bluetooth card in my Pc atm, have you tried wired? does this work at all then? cause mine is working fine wired :)
maybe reconnect the controller to your Pc's bluetooth when you done the steps? dunno if that helps anything tho, cause i cant test ^-^

sadly, doesn't work either when wired. I might have to try a bunch of configuration and maybe get lucky with it. Thanks for replying. if you find anything as well, please do update us. Thank you

Okay. It seems to be working now. I was just stupid that i was plugging the controller without turning it off work. So, good news it works wired and with the PS5 face button/icons.

yeah. kind of sucks! XD. but ow well. its up to you what matters most. is it wired with PS face buttons or wireless but you have to rely on your memory (which would be confusing especially when you're jumping from one game to another).

Wouldn't disabling steam input cause the controller not to be recognized by steam, thus can't use it?

im using a ps4 controller too, for the correct button prompts youll need to play wired. because turning steam input off indeed makes the game not recognize the controller wireless
