Where to find materials like Large Scale

Does anybody know where to find materials like Large Scale,Small kemono shell skin, or serpent flotation curtis.

The name suggests it comes from monsters but no Guide ( ingame) or on Material website list show them as farmable. Are these special hidden drops? i just want to progress my weapon from the middle row further... ( im chapter 4)

I'm not there yet, but I know the drops are different for small kemono when you kill them versus when you pet them. Have you tried petting them all, or killing them all just in case?

I think if figured some materials out, yes its the small kemono, the ones i listed are obtained by killing them in higher chapters, its the "Invasive" form of the Kemono. But i also should pet them, thanks for reminding me

Forgotten Burial Ground in the first zone has a couple lizards, one of them can drop it

chapter four - theres two lizards in area 4 at the entrance and 3 lizards near the shrine on island 2.
the small kemono shell skin is from the crabs on island 2, but you can also get moss still.
serpent flotation curtis are from the yellow snakes but you can also get the other item from previous chapter.
