Inconsistency with "prohibited" words in the player tag

I used my IGN "Oxcyde", but it got flagged for some reason so I used "Kousuke" instead. It worked for a while, but when I reopened the game, I got flagged for "Kousuke" now. I tried "Oxcyde" and it now works. I'm now trying to enter the game again and now both names are tagged, but waiting for a few minutes without rebooting the game and using Kousuke again worked for some reason.

1.) What's there to be flagged from those two names?
2.) What's with the inconsistency of this prohibited word flagger?

same i use the name Krigwulf as my in game name but it wants to keep flagging though i just hit Ok and it still launches the game IDK why that would be marked as prohibited words either
