No, the wolf for example is in the ice area. The point is that all the areas are the same japanese woods/mountain, just different seasons.
Well, even if it´s just 1 big area, each season would probably have multiple unique monsters
They'll wanna fight you in their natural habitat. Granted, I'm just giving the devs the benefit of the doubt here though. Maybe you can find every monster in different seasons and whatnot.
WAIT A SECOND ... can you comfirm this becaus 20 x 2 makes it 40 monsters in total .. wich is to be honest nutty even if 50% of the 40 is a variant of a existing monster

This game is more than just monsters...
Story, art, char design, leveldesign, weapons... and so on and so forth.
