When playing with a controller, sometimes the exit button at the bottom can't be selected, even when disconnecting the controller and using the mouse. I believe it has to do with using the mouse and the controller both, although I don't know if it's at any time during the run or within a certain time before winning. Annoying, because the rewards for the run are lost....

Unlocking Achievements in the game just fine, does not unlock the same (or any) achievements in Steam.

Hey Dev, This game have strange/unique levelup as we get some infinite passives with other Active skills as also passives. However there is some passives what exactly the same. For me this make no sense. Like +1 bullet damage, 3% cooldown on all skills or +5% damage. Some also feel very strong like the +8% critical while other do only 3% damage on melee(?) I dont feel it as a system rather a mix of this here and there. Eru...

Good afternoon, already solved what I am saying below but I mention it because it could happen to someone else. During my first hour of play I had to play it using both mouse and gamepad. The space bar did not do the dash/dodge roll, but it did work with the gamepad, while the menu and upgrade selection could not be used from the gamepad so I had to use the mouse.
