waay to slow movement in battle

does anyone have a solution yet? i was so impatinet to finally play and noe this :-(

The combat has a turbo mode and if you want even faster you can use Stallion since his rune speeds up combat speed up to 4x.

thank you that worked for part 1 but now part 2 is slow even on turbo both in movement ( i don't mean map that's normal) but inside towns and camps, and in 2x speed battles:-(
