When change of map, sometimes I get stuck on a black screen. Athough I can hear when I fold/unfold my swords.

I try to buy armor from the shop; but I don't see anything to buy/equip. Is there a need to unlock them?

I recently got this game and cant even get through the tutorial. Every time I load in my character it gets weird. It wont follow the movements of my controllers and my height and arms are often off. Either it'll re calibrate and ill be in the floor or it'll think I'm lying down. My arms in the game do not follow the moment of my controllers. I'm using a quest 3 and I cant find any help about my issue. I'm excited about this game and was disappointed to find it was giving me so much trouble. If anyone has a...
