I want to get this game but the EULA as I translate it is...
You don't own this game.

We own your mods.

We will spy on you.

We automatically install an anti-cheat on your computer for some reason.

If we embargo your country you can't download the game you bought.

And then there is this monster "you agree that Focus Entertainment may, without obligation, warranty or proof of damage, legitimately assert appropriate equitable remedies with respect to violations of this License Agreement, in addition to such other remedies as Focus Entertainment may have, under applicable laws. "

If you want to know more about EULA -- the best source is youtube channel called Moon Channel and especially this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxkhS5-OwCk (even it is about Minecraft's EULA, similarly it could be used for other games)

It looks like that they do not know what some sentences mean in EULA. Therefore I think that this video is one of best introduction to EULA.

Hi guys! This seems to be quite confusing, and we're sorry about that. Acceptance of the EULA is indeed a contractual licencing step to play our games, including Chants of Sennaar. But to clarify, no personal data, let alone your password, is collected by Focus while accepting the EULA.

Your contact data (e-mail address) may be collected by the Console Maker or Steam depending on the support used to play to our game but is not transferred to Focus.

Please note that your e-mail address may only be collected by Focus when you create a Focus account on our website, for example when you make a purchase on our Focus store, or subscribe to our newsletter. It is only in this specific context that you are likely to give us your consent to send you promotional and commercial offers.

We are currently in the process of updating our EULA to reflect the situation in practice in terms of in-games data processing.

Have a nice day!

Yes, and we are grateful for that. However, the way you guys had Rundisc implement the EULA to the point of a notice in-game comes off as a little unnerving, even if this game is a fairly innocent indie title.
