cannot confirm final warrior glyphs

I have everything ready to start the "good ending" process, and have every glyph confirmed that I can.
I think I'm missing a page from the Warrior notebook; and with all the Warriors at the plaza, I don't think I can acquire the page anymore? From what the guides say, I should have gotten this page during the loading of a cart right before the treasury area, but I never got the page. Am I just locked out of finishing the Warrior glyphs (and thus confirming all glyphs) on this save, or is there still a chance to acquire that page?

Not really, since I don't have it in the first place. My issue isn't that I can't figure out the glyphs, but that I don't have the page to fill them in on in the first place.

Is it Small/Large/Push you're missing? Are the warriors no longer in the area where they are giving those commands?

Carry/place/push, I think. And yeah, considering I have the purple doors opened, the areas are empty. I can only imagine I missed a conversation, which is not getting a "memory" node.

Currently not at PC, so any potential solutions can only be tested in the evening.

my wild guess is that you go back to that cart-pushing room. (imo: 4th terminal (where you hold torchlight) -> treasure room -> lift -> large sword monument room -> lift -> bottle room -> cart-pushing room is fastest), there should be "memory" for you to recall (the one they order their comrade to carry big/small boxes, then push the kart). watch that until the end should unlock the page(?)

I think I checked there already. I have 3 conversations/ memories there. One of a guy telling me to store my sword, one of a guy telling to pick up boxes/bottle, and one of a guy telling to put the boxes/bottle on a cart and push it. None triggered the page to appear.

No, not that room that you have to follow the order by yourself. It should be the room where you're doing stealth on the 2nd floor and observe warriors giving order to put large/small boxes on the cart for the first time. If you go from the 3rd terminal -> room with the large gate to the fortress (assume you've linked Devotee and Warrior, you can pass this gate, otherwise you have to detour to the broken pillar) -> warrior's duty monument room (the one that you can rotate it 3 times to show different sculptures) -> small plaza room (which connected to the armory room, but we're not gonna go that way) -> hallway room (the room with moon in the background) -> the first cart-pushing room.

Hey I'm having the same exact issue with the musicias/protect/monster(enemy?) page. I missed the protect symbol while completing the warrior level, and now I can't seem to trigger the journal page to confirm those symbols. I'm pretty sure I've re entered all the rooms after finding the protect symbol but, to no avail

You can't "miss" a symbol in the game. All symbols stay accessible during the whole game, as you can always backtrack. You just forgot to see/activate/interact with something. I suggest it's the big statue in the hall, which has to be rotated several times, as explained above.

There is a giant statue you can turn around into three positions where every position reveals some new glyphs.

When you go to the entrance of the warrior area terminal, go through the corridor with the toppled pillar that bridges to the other side. there you just continue walking until you are in the room with the statue.
You need to use the exit in the wall on the left to get to the mechanism to turn the statue.

I am having a very similar issue but with the ship, scales, instrument key page and I cannot access the telescope anymore. I did finish the game then reloaded to right before the end and went back. I think I can’t get the achievement without another play through now which is disappointing but my fault for not going back earlier
