Bug Reporting

Hey everyone, please feel free to drop any bugs in here so we can address stuff ASAP. If you have a bug happening on platforms other than Steam, please make sure to call that out so we can get to the issue as quickly as possible.

Edit: Please include your PC specs alongside your bug so we can determine next steps

Edit: 12/20 - Hotfix 1 Update is now live. This should address the vast majority of issues reported in this thread so far. Thank you all for your assistance and patience.

I've tried this on PC with both a Dualsense (native and through Steam UI) and a Steam Controller, and also on the Steam Deck.

Also, on the Steam Deck, the Select Button doesn't work as intended. We need to press it twice in quick succession to open the menu. I tried changing it to jump to check if it was an issue with the physical button and it was working normally.

Thank you for the feedback, we will add this to our launch day priority fix list and try to get out a patch as soon as possible.

Thank you. I'll be waiting. for information: got already and gauntlet and double jump and self healing, but after applying the achievements did not get.

Achievements don't seem to work for me and I do think a subtitle feature would be neat. Also would it be possible to have a release of the game's soundtrack on Steam or Bandcamp? I would gladly buy it.

I experienced several bugs in my first playthrough of pre-release builds of the game (which I have on my YouTube channel), but the worst one I encountered was one where the doors in the tunnels underneath the diner locked again, and so I had no way of accessing the Ground Zero pad down there. (Is this where the motorbike is?)

The next worst bug was one where the game would soft-lock when I gave the Denzel his head. It would stick on a blank text box, if I remember correctly. I left the area, did some other stuff, and came back a bit later, whereupon it resolved itself.

3070, ryzen CPU, 32gb of ram. 240hz display. Getting absolutely terrible performance. cutscenes aren't smooth and jutter really bad. when I got into the game my character was moving at like half speed and every action was in slow mo. updated my drivers and restarted my computer but to no avail

Thank you for this! We are consistently having issues for AMD players and are looking into fixes now.

On PS5, but I can't seem to get back to this area. https://i.imgur.com/K5Wummz.png The both gates seem to be locked and it's seemingly the only thing I have left to do.

Update: Found the item I needed in a chest that was previously looted but didn't count. Now I am having the same issue where I can't talk to Althea and get the last cookie.

I replied to your PSNTrophies thread saying I think it's soft glitched. You can basically talk to her once, so if you have all the items when you talk to her it should work.

Not sure if someone has reported it but in my map the left joystick movement is super super slow. but normal speed when i am in the game.

Achiviements doesn't work.
Rebinding buttons cause glitch with map - zoom in is working but zoom out - doesn't. Also - increase the speed of the map viewing - trying to move the map is taking forever, it's so slow...
