Where do you find the Hidden Chodo Statue

I am unable get this achievement
"You Don't Speak Chodo"
Does anyone know where it exactly is?

I don't remember where *exactly* anymore, but i believe it's within the Bloody Den(the area place immediately to the right of the Hidden Diner) or the Electrotitanium Refinery (right above the Bloody Den). If you see a wall with breasts graffiti'd on it, you will know you are very close.

I was kind of disappointed it didn't come to life and become a miniboss fight (and then unlocking morph ball...or was it charge beam? It's been decades :P).
