Berzerk + Hallucinate maybe buggy
When I go Berzerk against a hallucinated monster when they vanish I can't perform anymore actions I can't even get into the menus. I have to alt+F4 to quit the game then load in again. The game is still saved from that point at least.

I was able to finish my run and I didn't have any more of these hangs. I haven't had any in my subsequent runs either.

Thanks for the quick fix. I'm off to die because I turned turned into an albino rat and flung into the desert by a tornado while its daytime!
