Odd Health Increase/Decrease Interaction

So in a run as a hobo (idk if that is relevant) I got a couple perks to increase my health by 10. Then I got a mutation that lowered it by 10. Afterwards I got another perk to increase my health by 10, but instead it raised it by 20. Oh and while I'm thinking about it the reset keybinding to default key didn't work for me. I had to manually reset them.
