canid's cradle is annoying if you haven't selected the weird extra options
A bit annoyed with this quest. I Didn't choose the extra choices to release sucker bait as a quest and now theres only two options in this quest.... why?!? can i not just do neither and destroy the damn module...
The random enforced choices pushed onto you in RPGs.
UPDATE ended up choosing the ICONOCLAST solution. Not terrible choice. I was expecting everyone in stellar bay to be dead and the town in ruin. But it looks like just a normal day just with Iconoclast soldiers about instead MSI.

Why? Because you didn't put work to unlock the final option, sorry.

You can side with MSI
You can side with Graham
You can kill both
You can just leave with the module and leave both to their fate
Or you can convince both factions to work together

Convincing them work together is the best option but therefore is the one that requires the most prerequisites.

I never thought of killing them both but don't see what good that would do.
You can't just leave as that's not a quest choice. It should be but it isn't.

Can't convince them to work together as i decided not to get the food and medicine in an earlier quest. So the option does not exist.

Theres no "not putting the work in".... Theirs just no options. This quest is ♥♥♥♥.
They should have just had the sucker bait quest come in without the additional options selected as it really cuts your choices in this quest.

There were options, you just choice not to take them and this is the consequence. Also yes you can just leave, completing the quest is not required to complete the game.

Yes I know I can just leave.... But then the quest is hanging in my journal and annoying.

That’s fair, but it’s still an option the game will allow.
