A Few Kindred Spirits quest bug - Zoe found at her home from the start

Hey, anyone else had a bug with this quest that when you were supposed to look for Zoe you found her... at her apartment, bugged between the chair and the floor?
I just started playing it so initially i thought it was just a poorly designed quest and that she was supposed to be found there (which would made the quest extremely short and stupid), but her dialogue said she's at marauder's camp so... yeah, pretty weird. Couldn't find any info on this bug, wanted to ask if some of you guys experienced that too.

Got the same bug just now, but after reloading she was gone (I guess back to the camp where you're supposed to find her)

Had this last night. I mean, I don't mind too much; it saved me having to go back to her!

I had a different bug. I'm pretty sure Zoe was supposed to be with a group of marauders in this area, but there was just Guillaume Antrim and her, for his finger bounty. Because of this, Zoe walks around these houses that are supposed to be a marauder camp muttering to herself like a psychotic person, interacting with things that aren't there.
