Character Creation: Max Stone(Fallout 1)

Remember one of three premade characters you could choose from when starting Fallout 1? Here's my take on one of them, Max Stone. The character is a Tough as Nails Bruiser that can indeed survive & take the hits, but he's dumb. Specialized in Hand-to-Hand, but since we can't do that in TOW, Melee Weapons are the next best thing. At any rate, here's my take on said character and I appreciate any extra suggestions / improvements and if you want to play the game with this setup, then by all means!
