Console Commands?

I tried searching and see people talking about console commands that work, but I downloaded Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker and it doesn't give access to console commands. Am I missing something? I tried just injecting the DLL and then tilde key to see what happens, but nothing did, as expected since it shows console commands not activated in UUU.

Any ideas or does it not actually work in this edition?

How did you go about enabling console? Any idea if there's a command for saving?

Never did figure out console commands, sorry lads. I'm guessing it just doesn't work in this edition.

Darn. There goes my companion Perk points... Ah well, it's not too bad. I still have WeMod and Cheat Engine. Just a shame that neither can do companion Perk points.

Are you trying to add more companion perks? Because I did find that this mod works: https://www.nexusmods.com/theouterworlds/mods/95 which gives them a perk every level.

It's very annoying when developers remove the developer console. It's the easiest way to help yourself with bugs and so on. Luckily there are not many in this game but still please devs, don't remove the ducking developer console. Part of Bethesda games being so popular is the developer console.

Yep. But the unlocker at least works.
