Those are games yes. None of them are this game.

Outer Worlds is an open world RPG with full customization of your character's face, and is even advertised as effectively the spiritual successor to New Vegas.

Not only is it not unreasonable to expect the same level of basic features as New Vegas, but on top of that, the lack of third person view makes the face customization 100% a waste of both time and resources, since you almost never get to see it.

I would legitimately take a third person view with animations that are on the same level as Goat Simulator's ladder animation, than not having a third person view at all. Not in this kind of game.

Are you captain obvious?? Is this where you come hang out?? I put to you sir that any game that compares itself to other games and then doesn't have the same kind of play?
The advertisers are stupid to tell us. It's like Marrowind, Skyrim, fallout games and especially New Vegas....
I've played all those games and I succeeded and was more into the game as a third person than when I played them as a first person player.
So while I respect your opinion, has little to do with the facts.

No, this game is 99% FPS and 1% 3rd person when you use abilities by companions but that literally lasts 1-5 seconds tops. It's an FPS game, no need for 3rd person view.
