DON'T BUY THIS VERSION/UPGRADE OF TOW

I purchased on EGS as that is where it was available, so I cannot leave a review here. But believe me when I tell you that this version will not run smoothly to the point of actually being unplayable.

Don't think you can just run it at the original graphics settings either. Even lowering the settings from what worked before fails; it simply will not run correctly.

It was not available on Steam at all for a year or I would have purchased it on Steam.

In any case, that has zip-all to do with how this newer version runs, which is very poorly.

me paying 12 bucks a month has saved me hundreds on games that are mediocre and I get to try new games to see if I like it. Atomic heart, for example. Id never buy it, especially at 80 but Starfield? Come September 5th? I'll be playing my collectors edition on steam

It definitely has the dreaded UE4 DX12 issues no one can escape.

Outside of that though I think it can perform well, as in pure raw fps, if you have a stupidly expensive computer. My 7900xtx can get a smooth 60 with a few things turned down. To be clear it SHOULD perform much better, just saying it's not impossible.

Of course I can play the original game at 90+fps on ultra and it mostly looks better so...
