Would it be possible to make a "how to play movie" and place it on YouTube? That would help a lot. I do not understand how to play this game, allthough it looks fun to play.

might be worth making the barracks and other military buildings make the units over time because its a high amount of workers to construct a military unit and the gatherers actually gather as they seem to just wonder around. so you can make a base and get to use the walls. otherwise its just spam down home buildings. instead of summoning units to get anything done. maybe make the blueprint of a building and then construct button so they horde towards it to construct so at least you can prepare and not loos...
