As the title says, can I rebind the controls?

Looking at rare some of the achievements are and how cryptic the descriptions for some of them are, this game probably needs an achievement guide. Anyone please?

The game plays great in the deck but I think the cutscenes do not work. So far it happened twice, once when you start up the game and then everytime a cutscenes is supposed to be playing. You get the old VHS tape error screen with subtitles under it showing that a cutscenes is supposed to be playing. I know it's fitting for this type of game and I probably would think it's part of the story if I didn't get the same bug in Bullet Witch.
