YouTube comment bots

I've never heard of this game before, and I'm an absolute nobody on YouTube, yet my channel just got a load of spam bot comments saying only the name of this game and nothing else...

If this is some kind of promotional tactic, it's garbage.
If it's something else, then I'm just confused. Gonna keep deleting them all though, and probably never buying this game
