Should be able to insert a new item above/below a highlighted list item

Once the user realizes they have left something off the checklist, they should be able to highlight a checklist item then right-click and select "add new item before" or "add new item after" to insert a checklist item before or after an existing item.

Having to add a new item at the bottom and hit "move up" 20 times is painful for those of us using the study-level checklists that a mod like this could help with.
