Its not that bad. They dont have that extreme amounts of hp (aside from the big monster) When I did that place having to evade all attacks because pretty all of them would one-shot me, was more of an issue.
I did the entire place after that including the boss(es), which was certainly a pretty interesting experience.

Honestly the game's bosses were a lot more fun when the damage cap was still in place even if the battles took ages.
