Did you check out Yellow Harvest? That's an optional area you can complete early on that will help get ya a couple more levels.
There's some bosses that gives tons of exp. There's like a pink boss in some random area that straight up leveled me from like 25 to 30. You must have also missed yellow harvest area, which well I won't spoil too much, but pretty sure I got like 10 levels there.
Verso very, very trivially 9999x3's any single enemy on turn 1 by just staying below 10% HP and using Berserk Slash with the two low HP pictos (+50% crit below 30% HP, +50% damage below 10% HP), for example. Setting up some first turn/first hit boosts or other conditional boosts for Lune and Sciel lets you have a turn 1 Wildfire into Searing Bond that will blow up the whole encounter.
