it removes the 30fps cap in cutscenes and also includes a fix for the forced sharpening
For anyone using this with the Gamepass version like I do, be aware that you need to move the files from
\Clair Obscur- Expedition 33\Content\Sandfall\Binaries\Win64
to
\Clair Obscur- Expedition 33\Content\Sandfall\Binaries\WinGDK
instead because GamePass versions of these games for some godforsaken reason seem to have other folder structures.
This made the game look way better but the visuals are still lacking. I just wanted to add that changing Gamma made it look better too. So if anyone thinks the game looks over exposed, bring down the gamma.
There's only a GDK folder to begin with..
Yeah, what I meant is if you just follow the installation instructions of the mod and paste it into your game folder, the stuff that needs to be inside the WinGDK folder ends up in the (newly created while pasting into game folder) Win64 folder.
If you do it manually and just move the files directly into WinGDK, then there is indeed no Win64 folder for the Gamepass version.
Oh yesss.. breaking 30fps cutscene barrier is nice too but damn that oversharpening was awful.
