Cutscenes are not loading

Instead of cutscenes there is just a red screen. Does anyone have this problem?

I had only story mode cutscene where it freeze but sounds was still to hear what happen in background

Well, boys, I have a wonderfull news for you.
I had same problem. I could hear cutscene working, subtitles going on, etc., but only black screen.

So basically what happened was that my Windows was missing bloody codecs.
You need to go to settings -> apps and features -> optional features -> add feature

And you need to add Windows Media Pack and that will solve issues with cutscenes. At least it did it for me. Cheers...

still same, i got red screen during maelle nightmare cutscene
