Thats not even optimized, just throwing all the +damage and +solo bonus lumina together.
Also do not underestimate the damage you can pull from counterattacks.
Some easy damage buffing luminas are burn affinity (10% damage increase to burning enemies), critical burn (25% increased critical chance on burning enemy), base shield and powered shield and/or shield affinity (base shield gives you a shield on turn start, the later two gives damage buff when you have shield).
Don't forget to apply the powerful buff on yourself and defenseless and/or marked on enemies.
There's also equipping AP related luminas so you have enough use those high AP cost hard hitting skills every turn.
Edit: Forgot to mention that the real key is the weapon; upgrade it as much as you can. If you need a spot to grind the material to upgrade them, just keep taking out Golgra; you get 3 each time.
Stendhal still does ridiculous damage in Virtuose stance. Gommage too. After failing against Simon on NG+ and bringing my reserve party in, Maelle effortlessly finished him off in a single hit with Gommage from half health.
Lune can also do nearly as much damage with Lightning Dance every turn, using free aim with Trebuchim and free aim AP generation to get the stains over and over. Either Hell or (for much less AP) Crippling Tsunami with stains will one-shot multi-enemy fights as long as they don't have shields.
- spend all levels on scaling stats + might
- get all possible offensive pictos
- all possible colour of lumina spend on Maelle. I had 700 points when facing Simon and still had plenty left for others.
- use solo pictos and play solo.
That’s it. She is able to one shot any enemy in the game. Especially if you take a gamble with roulette.

Also the second chance is a huge investment that again, should not be necessary if your one shot build is correct. Use that for cheater instead is my recommendation.
Other damage enhancing pictos that could be added are burn affinity (increased damage on burning targets), confident, in medias res + powered shield + shield affinity, powered attack, full strength, warming up, roulette.
One way to apply burn on enemies in an one shot build is put burning death and auto death on one of the character. The auto death build can do a lot of other things that you can experiment with, such as handing out buffs and APs.
Another source of damage buff other than pictos and luminas is Sciel's Fortune's Fury. Double damage is huge.
All the attribute points that does not scale with your weapon is a waste damage-wise. When you do a one shot build, commit to it. You don't need defense if all your enemies are dead in one shot, and that is fully possible if you commit.
This is my Maelle's build

I removed 2 QoL Luminas just for making the important ones visible in one screen.
Those are my Lumina points on everyone

The list of active Luminas is much longer than the ones on Maelle and she is still strong as the others anyway
