Is this horror flavored?

I hate when you can't make up what the game actually is from the trailer. On one hand- it looked quite a bit goofy while on other hand - a bit horror like.

The VHS blue screen reminded me a little to oxenfree :) . But in my opinion it'll be a thriller (not-investigative) with high drama contents more than an horror. Maybe, the luminescent pit could be an scii-fii element (aliens or a meteorite).
Or maybe you are right and it will be an "IT" style thing :P

I think this is a good example of how we see a trailer that not too much is spoiled. I think I would like maybe a little more breadcrumbs about the central conflict to this story, but I hope they let us experience most of it for ourselves.
