I know that Dungeon Travelers 1 is an enhanced and expanded version of Final Dragon Chronicle, but the info I can't readily find is WHAT the exact differences were.
Seems hard to find that much info about the original minigame.

Was it ever released separately, was it censored, was the R18 rating due to the other content on the Manaka de Iku no disc? Just curious. DT1 was CERO D (17+) on PSP, I know.
Is it even worth playing, now we have DT1?

I know you don't like this answer, but: never. Leaf (or rather, Aquaplus) doesn't release R18 titles any more. The only R18 title they've released since 2011 is White Album 2: Extended Edition, because WA2 is their biggest money maker, and they don't even sell any of their other R18 titles digitally any more.

I actually found a site with the CGs and yeah...I can see how FDC:GR was definitely 18+
